SOME OF OUR FAVES

Waffles

Shake up your morning routine with some gorgeous gluten-free waffles!

Simply mix up Not Bread dry mix with your milk of choice and pour into a well-greased waffle iron, and cook until golden brown.

For a savory twist, top with oyster mushrooms or smoked salmon, and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.

Sweeten things up with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, fresh berries, and a dollop of whipped cream for a decadent brunch treat.
Take it up a notch with a scoop of your favorite ice cream sandwiched between two waffle slices for a delicious dessert sandwich that will satisfy any sweet tooth craving.

Pizza Dough

Prepare mouthwatering pizzas with this easy-to-make gluten-free pizza dough! Our dough contains the same core ingredients and whether you prefer a simple Margherita pizza with fresh basil and tomatoes, or loading up with tasty savories like mushrooms and fennel, or crafting a gourmet pizza topped with prosciutto and arugula, this dough will serve as the perfect base for your culinary creations.

To craft, simply add oil and water until workable/in line with packaging and include herbs and spices of your liking.

Sandwich Bread

Turn Not Bread dry mix or your loaves into a delicious and fiber-rich platter for your favorite sandwich ingredients.

Not Bread pairs well with most anything but we particularly love a refreshing tofu and avocado sandwich with hummus and feta, for a well-rounded and enriching meal.

To craft, simply add oil and water until workable/in line with packaging. Mix vigorously to create a fluffier texture.

Toast It

We like it with a large serving of butter or Ghee.

Not Bread makes a hearty avocado toast and also pairs wonderfully with nut butters and chocolate spreads.

Evolve It

Something folks have enjoyed is making Not Crackers out of unused (or fresh) bread.

Simply thinly slice the loaves, laying each piece carefully on parchment paper, dry season with your choice of herbs and spices.

Bake in the oven at 375 Fahrenheit for 12-20 minutes, depending on oven type and humidity, or until you see the desired crispiness.

Enjoy with soft cheeses like Neufchâtel and fig jam, or some lox and capers.
